About the Committee
The mission of the Chamber Local Legislative Committee is to review pending legislation and regulations for their impact on business and development positions that will enhance and enrich economic growth. The Committee also recommends to the Board of Directors, and, following approval, assists in developing programs that inform and encourage members to participate in the Chamber's governmental action initiatives.
In addition to monitoring business related issues at the local, state and federal level, the Committee reports to the Board of Directors any issues requiring action or follow-up to best provide support to our members.
